There is a young courting couple in the centre with words from a vintage sheet music song saying - But now I've found someone I adore, I realise what I've missed before'.

There is  a cream hydrangea bloom and a prettyrose in a glass vase with cream binding and pink ribbon around the top.
The heart is also humng by the same binding and ribbon.
